Setting Up Your Space

Device & Camera: Ensure your phone, tablet, or laptop has its camera activated so I can guide your alignment in real-time.
Yoga Props: Please have a yoga mat ready. If available, keep blocks, straps, or a blanket nearby to support your posture.
Environment: Set up in a quiet, well-lit space where you can extend your arms and legs completely.

Class Recordings

Can't make a live session? Our practices are recorded and emailed out afterward, remaining accessible to you for 48 hours for your home integration.

Honoring the Space

If your schedule changes, please modify or cancel your booking through your Customer Login page. Out of respect for the community flow, updates, cancellations, or rebookings are strictly not permitted within 2 days (48 hours) of your scheduled session.
