Namaste, I am Dhara
Walk the path of self-discovery.
Yoga has always been quietly present in my life in many forms while growing up in India. With over 1100 hours of training in Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa, and more than six years of teaching experience, my practice is rooted in tradition yet responsive to the needs of modern life — a path that continues to evolve alongside me.
For me, yoga is a sacred space — a mirror that reveals where we resist and where we can soften. On the mat, I explore purpose, compassion, and humility, and I invite my students to do the same. My classes place deep emphasis on alignment and breath awareness; they may feel challenging at times, but are always intentional, creating space for growth in both body and mind.
I hold space for students to move beyond self-imposed limitations, to discover resilience, and to build confidence in their own practice. Above all, I hope to share a practice that grounds, steadies, and carries the essence of traditional Indian yoga into the heart of London.
How Do Virtual Classes Work?
A virtual yoga session enables participants to engage in live yoga classes from their own space through online platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.

How do virtual classes work?
Participants register for a class, receive a session link, and at the scheduled time, join the virtual session from their own space. An instructor guides the class in real-time, leading participants through exercises, poses, or activities via video. Participants can interact with the instructor and, in some cases, fellow attendees.
What equipment will I need?
Ideally…
To participate in virtual yoga classes, you’ll generally need a yoga mat, a device with a camera and internet (computer, tablet, or smartphone), a stable internet connection, and optionally, yoga props like blocks and straps. Wear comfortable clothing, set up in a well-lit area, and have a water bottle nearby. Headphones or external speakers can improve audio. Clear a safe space and check with the instructor for any specific requirements.
Will classes be recorded and accessible later?
Yes, our classes are recorded and shared with participants after the live session (for upto 48 hours). This allows participants who couldn’t attend the live class to still benefit from the instruction. It also gives attendees a chance to revisit the session for additional practice or reference. However, in the future this may vary depending on the teacher and how the company expands.
